CERTIFIED RESIDENCE
Whether you're buying or selling a home, looking for an edge as a real-estate appraisers or an agent, or seeking to increase your value as an architects or builder, you can benefit from CSEC Solutions' Certified Residence Program. The program is designed to quickly establish the increased value that structured wiring, home entertainment, and home automation systems bring to a home.
CSEC Certification is awarded based upon stringent criteria and implementation. Any professional can install products and services that meet certification criteria, and it is contingent upon the licensed real-estate or CSEC professional to certify all criteria is met and functioning properly. CSEC will mail direct to the home owner and/or buyer the Certified Residence Seal along with a copy of the authorized criteria.
CSEC Certified Residence Criteria:
Cognizant Security
- Day/night external video verification/monitoring at all reasonable entry points
- Burglar and fire alarm
- Alarm entry/exit contacts at all doors and windows
- Smoke and carbon monoxide detector
- Controlled deterrence lighting at all reasonable entry points
Energy management
- Automatically controlled thermostat
- Zoned temperature controlled HVAC
- Whole-house surge suppressor
- Greater than seventy five percent automatically controlled lightening/dimming
Convenience
- All cognizant security, energy management, and home automation / convenience must be controlled through one central intelligent agent. For example, PC, Alarm Panel, PDA, key fob, etc...
- All listed products must meet a minimum of UL certification
- Structured wiring (network/tv/telephone)
- 100% Wi-Fi (802.11g) enabled
- One visitor/entry communication solution for deliveries and security
- Telephone/door bell automated ring control
- Automated sprinkler on, off, and scheduling
- One automated entry/exit door lock
MONITORING
As an added service for our Security System clients, we provide both residential and commercial monitoring 24/7. Our facility is UL listed and one of 7 Department of Defense certified facilities nationwide. With expertise that includes MASterMindTM, the most sophisticated monitoring software available, along with telephony integration and redundant systems, our monitoring center is one of the most technologically advanced in the industry. Both standard monitoring and video monitoring are available. The minimum contract period is 1 year.
Rates for our Standard monitoring service are as follows:
$29.95 per month on a Credit Card
$325 if pre-paid annually (can be broken into two 6 month installments of $162.50)
Rates for our Video monitoring service are as follows:
$49.95 per month on a Credit Card
$550 if prepaid annually (can be broken into two 6 month installments of $275.00)
HA READY DESIGNS
HA-Ready is a wiring topology that creates a plug-and-play environment for all of your home automation and consumer electronics needs. For a minimal fee ($500), CSEC will take your home plans and create a series of detailed blueprints to guide you as you design and implement your integrated home system.
Using typical home traffic patterns, architectural guidelines, and consumer electronics research, these blueprints will outline an optimum wiring structure for you now, and suggest scalable options that will keep you on pace with the evolving technologies of the future.
Whether you install a low-end system, high-end system, or simply provide a wiring backbone for future options, HA-Ready will prove its value to you over and over again.
